Goods can be returned to us, in saleable condition, for a refund for the following reasons:

•     If product is damaged.
•     If the wrong item has been dispatched.
•     If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, this is at our discretion and depending on stock availability as at time of notification. Postage will not be refunded and any additional postage or packaging cost will be deducted from the refund value.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
