Shipping and Delivery Time
We endeavour to dispatch your order on the day of receipt provided your order is received before 2.30pm, Orders received after this time or received over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next business day. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either e-mail or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order if you so wish. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee. Shipping Fees are charged as per our Shipping Page.
Availability
We aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 2.30pm or the next working day for orders received after 2.30pm or on a weekend or public holiday.
All UK orders are normally delivered next day but please allow 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped via City-Link to the UK and Business Post to the R.O.I. For International deliveries, delivery times are dependant on the efficiency of your country's mail service. Western European parcels normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days, but you should allow up to 2 weeks. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. A signature is often required upon delivery for all parcels.
If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £9.90 to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder.
It is unfortunate, but in very rare circumstances couriers sometimes lose a parcel. Our Couriers normally deliver next working day however a parcel is not consider lost until 5 Days from the date of dispatch.
Before we can file a loss claim we must wait these 5 days. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Urban Link upof the problem in writing or via email (quoting your Invoice number) at the address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being completed). 4 for 3, 2 for1 or other xfory Promotions .To take advantage of a 4 for 3 or similar type promotion please add any 4 qualifiying items to your shopping cart and the lowest priced item will not be charged for. The 4 products can be different products from the same manufacturer. The same principle applies to muliple quantities (i.e. 8 items, where the two cheapest items will be free of charge)."
Complaints
We aim to handle any complaints fairly, confidentially, quickly and effectively.
